Return & Refund Policy

At Zingz, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality Spices and an exceptional shopping experience. However, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we offer a hassle-free return and refund policy.

Returns You may return your item(s) within 2 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided the item(s) are unused, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact. 

Please note that you are responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return unless the item(s) are defective or incorrect.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase.

For defective or incorrect items, we will cover the return shipping costs, and you will receive a full refund, including the original shipping charges.

Exceptions The following items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable:

• Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
• Items  used
