Cancellation Period: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund. After 24 hours, your order will be processed and cannot be canceled.

Refund Process: If you cancel your order within the cancellation period, you will receive a full refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.

 

Exceptions: Please note that certain items may not be eligible for cancellation, such as personalized or made-to-order products. Additionally, if your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you may be able to return it for a refund or exchange as outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.
